Checkpoint BLN is a point of contact for all questions of sexual health for LGBTIQ* people. We offer PrEP, PEP, HIV/STI tests, counseling on sexual health and chemsex issues, as well as STI treatment. Please see our website for more information about our work and our services.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Welcoming clients and tending to their concerns
• Creating and maintaining patient files
• Processing and forwarding inquiries (via postal mail, email and telephone) and managing client appointments
• Maintaining facilities before and after use by employees and client groups
• Maintaining statistics and documentation of patient and client contacts

We expect:

• Competent use of modern communications technology and software
• Language skills in German (level B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)

We value:

• Further language skills
• LGBTIQ* identity or extensive knowledge of LGBTIQ* lifestyles
• Knowledge in the areas of sexual health, substance use, racism, LGBTIQ* discrimination
• Optionally: Qualification as Medical Assistant / Nurse or comparable qualification
